We like to keep things simple!

No Long Contracts
Minimum 1 month membership. A direct debit will be set up on induction day, and your first DD will be payable on the 1st day of membership. No cash or card payments on a monthly basis will be allowed unless the member does not have an email address. -
Cancellation Notice
If you’d like to cancel your membership, please provide 14 days' notice in writing (we’re unable to accept cancellations via phone). Just a quick reminder not to cancel your direct debit without giving notice. If you cancel your direct debit the 14 days notice starts from when we get a notification that you have cancelled it. Not when you cancel it at the bank. This is because if you cancel at the weekend we do not receive a notification until 2 days later.
If your next subscription payment falls within the 14-day notice period, it will still be required. If, for any reason, this final payment is not made, your membership will remain active, and additional payments will continue to accrue until the outstanding balance is paid.
If you decide to cancel and later wish to return, please be aware that the studio may be at capacity, and you could be added to the waiting list. Your membership will remain "active" until any outstanding payments are settled.
Also, when you sign up, you'll be asked to go over and sign a clause that explains the cancellation process.

Returning Members
If you intend to return to Feel Good, you do not need to cancel your direct debit. A new membership will be set up upon your return. -
GDPR Compliance
You have given us your email and mobile phone so we can contact you. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive ANY emails or SMS from us, although you may miss out on offers, etc. -
SECA Body Composition Analysis
This is for your information only and will not be shared with anybody. It is up to you to share it with your GP if you wish. Please see the SECA website at www.seca.com. -
Privacy and Data Security
Private, personal details are only kept on our secure Club Manager database and will not be used for any third-party marketing. -
Photography Policy
We will not use any photos without your permission. We ask that no photography be allowed in the studio unless permission is granted. -
Membership Fees
Our membership fees are £24.99 per month for everyone. -
Pay-as-You-Go Sessions
This option is no longer applicable. -
Financial Details
Once financial details are taken, they are used solely for the purpose of setting up a direct debit with GoCardless. No financial details are kept on our system and are not retrievable. -
Rejoining After a Break
If you leave Feel Good for a period of 3 months and wish to re-join, for health and safety reasons, you will have to undertake another induction. -
Waiver & Release of Liability
You are required to sign a Waiver & Release of Liability form before you commence any form of exercise on the premises. You are exercising at your own risk. You are required to undertake a full induction of all machines before commencing your membership. Should you decide not to be inducted on any individual machine, you must not use that machine under any circumstances for your safety. -
Studio Access and Staffing
Access to the studio is for unlimited use. Please be aware that the studio will be unstaffed on occasion, and members will be using the studio at their own risk. Please see staff shifts on the Club Manager app called ClubLink. -
Studio Hours
The studio will be open to members 24/7 days a week. The studio will be staffed from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It will be totally unstaffed on Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays. Members who use the studio during unstaffed times do so at their own risk. -
Membership Access
You will be able to gain access via the front door only with an "active" membership with a fob. If you cancel or leave Feel Good without giving 14 days notice, your membership will be cancelled immediately, and you will not be able to gain access. -
Membership Suspension
Suspension of membership (no payments will be taken until your return) will only be allowed for medical reasons (Doctor's letter required). If your membership is on suspension your membership is still valid. Ie when your suspension ends your membership becomes "active" again regardless if the studio is at capacity or not. It is the responsibility of members on suspension to inform the studio if they wish to cancel their membership, extend their suspension, or resume their membership once the suspension period has ended. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for periods where the studio was not notified of any changes to the membership status.
